Privacy Policy

Camp Asimov uses the information below to operate our robotics camp, respond to families, protect the website, and measure advertising. Our inquiry and enrollment forms are for parents and guardians.

Information and purposes

When you contact us, apply, or enroll, we receive the contact details, student information, preferences, and answers you provide. Enrollment may include emergency, health, and safety details needed to provide the program. We use this information for inquiries, enrollment, program delivery, family communication, safety, and legal obligations.

Our hosting and form services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, and submission status to deliver the website and prevent abuse. Campaign parameters and, when measurement is allowed, advertising click identifiers can accompany an inquiry so we can understand how families find us.

Google Ads measurement

For visitors identified as being in the United States, we use Google Ads conversion measurement unless you have opted out. We configure Google’s Restricted Data Processing mode and disable advertising personalization, remarketing signals, and enhanced conversions. Removing a notice, browsing the site, or submitting a form is not recorded as your consent. Outside the United States, or when we cannot determine the region, measurement remains off unless you explicitly allow it in Your Privacy Choices.

When measurement is allowed, Google receives technical browser/request information, first-party advertising cookie or click identifiers when available, the page location without form answers or arbitrary URL parameters, and a random submission identifier after a successful application submission. These identifiers are not anonymous. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, student details, form answers, or an enrollment value to Google. We do not use this measurement to build advertising audiences or sell contact lists.

Google is configured to limit its use of measurement data through Restricted Data Processing. See Google’s explanation and how Google processes information from partner sites.

Opt-outs and browser signals

Use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information to turn off advertising measurement without creating an account. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track signals, and preserve previous measurement declines. An active signal takes priority over an earlier allowance. Opting out blocks conversion events, clears our saved attribution and accessible first-party advertising cookies, and prevents the Google tag from loading on subsequent page loads. A Google tag already loaded may receive a consent-status update. Choices do not affect your ability to submit forms or participate in camp.

Choices apply to this browser. We remember an opt-out even if a browser signal is later turned off. Clearing storage or using another browser may require choosing again; an enabled browser signal continues to apply. We do not prompt opted-out visitors to opt back in.

Service providers and retention

We use Vercel for hosting, Formspree for form storage and delivery, and Google for the limited advertising measurement described above. Authorized camp staff use submitted information to operate the program. We may disclose information when required for safety or by law.

Website attribution storage expires after 90 days. The signed submission receipt expires after 10 minutes and is consumed on the confirmation page. Confirmation display state lasts for the browser session. The privacy-choice cookie lasts up to one year; a local browser preference remains until changed or cleared. Form, enrollment, and security records are retained based on their operational purpose and applicable legal or safety obligations; contact us about access or deletion.

Children and family information

Parents and guardians should complete our forms. Student ages describe the prospective camper, not the person browsing. Student and staff portals do not install this advertising tag on direct visits. We do not transmit children’s form information to Google or use it for personalized advertising. Contact us if a child has submitted information directly so we can address it.

Your requests and policy updates

To request access, correction, or deletion of information, or ask a privacy question, email info@campasimov.com or use our contact form. We may need to verify identity for requests involving personal records; browser opt-outs require no identity verification. California residents may have additional rights under applicable law. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy choices.

We will post changes on this page with a revised update date and provide any additional notice required for material changes.
